SHIPPING AND RETURNING MARCEL RUS ART
Version May 2018
You have bought or rented a work of art. That is very nice! Now you want to know when it is delivered and / or how you can return the artwork that has been delivered before.
Preparing for shipping the product
The starting point is that both the producer (Marcel Rus Art) and the consumers (you!) take the greatest possible care when preparing the purchased product (artwork). This means, among other things, that the product is wrapped in bubble wrap and presented in a carton for shipping.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the producer. The delivery takes place at the latest within 15 days after an order of the product.. A precondition for that 15 days delivery is delivery in the Netherlands. Delivery abroad is considered per case. The shipment takes place via DHL. This offers a track & trace facility. DHL provides information about when exactly the product is delivered.
The costs of shipping from producer to consumer are at the expense of the producer.
If the consumer ultimately thinks within the period of two weeks after receipt of the product, then return is possible. Please note what is stated under ‘preparing for shipping the product’. For the address of Marcel Rus Art please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.
The costs of shipping from consumer to producer are at the expense of the consumer.
What if …
If delivery of an ordered product proves to be impossible, the producer will endeavor to make a replacement article available.
The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests with the producer until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise. When returning the risk lies with the consumer until the moment of delivery to the producer.
